Communicating Electronically

1. Enhancing Telephone Etiquette: Make a list of ideas for increasing levels of telephone courtesy as an image and trust builder.

2. Assessing Effectiveness of Web Communication: Select five (5) organizations websites to examine. Select all five organizations from one (1) of the following categories (Example: if you choose the retail industry all 5 should be the retail industry): service, retail, education, manufacturing, or recreation. Whatever category you choose make sure that all the organizations are from the same industry.

3. Critique each of the sites, placing them in rank order of effectiveness. Create a graph to demonstrate the best site to the class, explaining its exemplary features.
