Problem Solving Consider the following situation:

Doreen had only had one professional position thus far in her career, her current job, and it was an entry-level position at that. While she was a good employee, it was a large company, and its president didnt know her and wouldnt be able to vouch for her work. Doreen didnt know how to approach getting a letter of recommendation from her employer. Her only other option was a local soup kitchen where she sometimes volunteered her time.
