The average age of the workforce is 24, with the age of the executive leadership team ranging between 29 and 36. The business has experienced significant success through its ability to solve business problems in a creative and innovative manner and by building a culture of narrative belief within its own ranks. The essence of the organisations success is its ability to understand its clients stories, to understand the business problem conceptually from a marketing perspective and to apply creativity to drive and enable organisational change. However, the organisation has reached a tipping point, with formalization threatening to disrupt the core of what defined ETIKETs past and current successes. Constant growth and a bigger client portfolio demanded the formalisation of organisational practices and the clarification of reporting lines and structures that would enable responsiveness and dictate responsibility.
