Chapter six is about Capacity Planning. It is easy to see the results of bad decisions in this area - generally there is either too much or too little of something. I'm going to assume most of you have spent some time at SHU, and can certainly see the construction on campus. In your time here, pick a particular type of capacity at SHU and indicate if we are using a lead, lag, or match strategy? What do you think is our reason for managing capacity that way?
