Choose a human resource management problem that is being faced in your organization or an organization that you are familiar with. Analyze the problem, apply concepts you learned from the text and class discussions, and suggest workable solutions. You will need to collect data on the problem; interview relevant people where needed. This paper will need to have the following:

1. Background of the organization;
2. Organizational chart (attach as appendix);
3. Definition of the problem why it is a problem;
4. History of the problem, with an analysis of the underlying causes;
5. Solutions that you suggest;
6. Why you suggest such solutions; what the solutions would achieve, and;
7. An action plan for making this change happen.
