Choose a program, fictitious or real, that you would like to lead, develop a recruitment plan for a key position in your selected program, The following elements of the plan must be present in your submission: Title and a brief description of the position. The location of the position within the organizational structure. Duties of the position in relation to the mission of the program. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities are necessary to complete the duties of the position. Describe the strategy for advertising and recruiting the successful candidate. Identify the members of the candidate search committee. Develop at least five (5) interview questions that are specific to the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities of this specific position. Discuss the process to onboard the candidate after hiring. Discuss the process of evaluating the candidate
