Team performance- how do you engage team members to be trustworthy, share accountability, show integrity, and perform high-quality work equally? How do you engage organizational citizenship behaviour within your team? If there is a lack of motivation or apathy amongst a team - how do you pull members out of a slump back into feeling valued and performing?
