What iscultural safety how do you create cultural safety in your teams/organization? Why is it important in our workplaces today? Thich Nat Hanh describes a Culture of Compassion (a story about lettuce), Dr. Brene Brown and Simon Sinek also share research about culture. I particularly like Daniel Coyle's bookCulture Codeyou may find examples there.

Team performance- how do you engage team members to be trustworthy, share accountability, show integrity, and perform high-quality work equally? How do you engage organizational citizenship behaviour within your team? If there is a lack of motivation or apathy amongst a team - how do you pull members out of a slump back into feeling valued and performing?

For any of these topics, introduce an example or personal experience, and share what you are doing currently and how you can change your approach in future based on the research you have found/learned. What will you do?
