Choose one strong thematic statement and create a visual essay for it. A visual essay is an essay with little or no words at all. Plan a main thematic statement that you wish to communicate. You are supposed to use images or words ( mostly images) to communicate this statement. You should use size and color to emphasize the most important information. Use a variety of elements including pictures, quotations, symbols, maps, statistics, definitions, words, newspapers and magazine excerpts. Visual essay should be accompanied by a paragraph that discusses what you are trying to achieve, the main message and any outstanding features on my essay.
