DQ Chapter 5: Damages Identify the types of damages one would be entitled to assert in a lawsuit same or similar to the one you prepared in the Chapter 5 Assignment. For each of the damages you would assert, what proof would you present in support of each damage? Example: Medical expenses (past), lost wages (past)- proof submitted would be authenticated medical bills and lost wages records.
