Class Project:

Choose a project that you have recently worked on or are planning to work on in the near future. Projects can be of any nature (work, personal or recreational). Complete a project scope statement and define the project planning, execution and closing. Include project cost estimates, slack time between different steps and the critical path. Create a WBS and sequenced activity list. Include in your project a risk management plan to account for possible deviations. Typical reports range from 10 to 12 pages in length. References should be cited using MLA format. The WBS and a general summary of the project will be presented on the last day of class in PowerPoint format. Presentations are expected to last from 7 to 10 minutes, each.
