Class:Human Resources management

Students will write a personal reflection on any topic from class (minimum 300 words). The purpose of these assignments is to have students reflect on a topic they found personally relevant and to share their own personal experience with that topic. It could be the students experience at a current or past employer, or the experience of someone close to the student (e.g., family, friend, or colleague). Example topics include (but are not limited to) aligning HR strategy with organizational strategy, recruiting on social media, emotional intelligence testing, or employee mentorship.
