Communication between worker to foreman or foremen to supervisor need to improve because workers are all fear to talk with foreman and foreman didn$$t inform to the supervisor due to$,$ he may be shout or he may report to management to cut increment or salary cut or bones to terminate the contract therefore workers and foreman not reporting near miss and accident to the supervisor and management.
