Concept guide for Human Resource Frame
Concept 1: Theory Y- Making sure employees are satisfied with their work and making a workplace where they can feel good. I can implement this in the future by making sure the workplace is a positive area where people want to work.
Concept 2: Invest in employees- believing in employees so much as to help them grow. This differs from what many workplaces do as sometimes other workplaces have short leashes for their employees but in investing they believe they will get better. I will use this by helping future coworkers with these they struggle with instead of giving up on them. Concept 3: Contributors: These people are the people in a workgroup who are task- oriented and follow a more structural frame of working and make rules and tactics for the group to help them achieve their goals and finish the task that is at hand. In the future I can do this by focusing hard on the task and making sure it is done right by developing efficient ways to complete the task needed.
Concept 4: Encourage Autonomy and Participation- Giving employees hands-on training to help them develop their skills. In my current life, I apply this in my group projects to make sure everyone is doing their part and participating.
Concept 5: Egalitarianism: A democratic workplace where everyone involved gets to have their decision and can help make decisions that run the flow of the workplace. A current way I am doing this is in a group project because there is no leader but instead everyone gets the chance to say their ideas.
