1. Configure each router as specified below :

3. Each router should have a Banner (MOTD) Message (your choice). [1]

4. The router interfaces that are being used should be configured with appropriate IP addresses according to the figure above and the table above [3]

5. Configure a description for Each Interface. [2]

6. MAKE SURE YOU SAVE EACH OF YOUR ROUTER CONFIGURATIONS!

7. Test your network to verify that all routers can ping one another. You will have to install RIP on each router, as follows:

Config#router rip

Config-router#network 192.168.0.0

8. Make sure that you save your project with a meaningful name such as Assign2.
9. When finished SUBMIT this document with the screenshots, as well as the three text files containing the configuration for each router to the ASSIGNMENT DROPBOX FOR ASSIGNMENT 2 ON SLATE.

Useful commands to see if you have configured things correctly:

show run displays the entire running configuration, one screen at a time, use spacebar to advance

show ip route displays the routing table of the router. Connected networks are indicated by C, remote networks by R

show ip int br displays the status and any ip address assigned to router interfaces.
