Conflicts are everywhere and they are particularly tricky when working remotely. Youve just been assigned to a virtual team made of coworkers across the US. This team is tasked with recommending a benefits structure which is fair to all employees regardless of job title, age, seniority, background, marital or family status, gender, etc. Youve been chosen for this team to represent a certain demographic group and want to ensure an equitable and strong recommendation.
