Stages 4 and 5: What did you do or consider when you made the decision to buy? (retail outlet, method of purchase, packaging, etc.)
Stage 6: What did you do post-purchase? Did you have cognitive dissonance? If you had buyer's remorse, what would you do differently the next time?
