Based on the above four contextual forces, one of the forces I encountered was Diversity Challenges. While in the military, I faced diversity from my peers and different countries. I met multiple issues with my teammates, who were senior to me as they were not synchronized with me showing that I was a fresher or amateur in terms of expertise in the division as I had the knowledge required to satisfy the position. Hence, at the time, it felt depressive, concerned & biased in the workplace.
In the scenario presented above, my boss asking the sales report for last year & it is prepared & kept handy with me but it needs to be in a proper format.
So in this situation, I will ask my boss to give me an hour or two to consolidate the data of the last months, regionwise, division & zonal, with a subdivision of monthwise, week & daily run rate in Excel format to give clarity for further evaluation & analysis, in bar graphs or pie charts to show percentage analysis also will take reference from any company template or format been used to get it done through the same format & get it ready as per the said timeline with proper illustration & justification needed like outcome metric to show how much revenue generated, clientlevel data & conversion, number of a meeting attended monthly, lead updation report, etc. Once I have all the data, I will send it back to the boss by email so he can review it and reply with any questions. This is how I would answer the scenario listed above.
