Contract Template Assignment length: approximately 3 pages single-spaced

Your task: Identify one of the types of contractual relationships the business will have with customers, suppliers, etc. For this relationship, draft a basic contract that you might use as a standard form of contract: that is, a contract template that you would ask suppliers/customers/whoever to sign, or that you would use as the starting point for negotiating contracts. I will provide you with an example service agreement. I am not expecting you to write a brilliant, airtight contract. I want to see that you have thought about the rules you would create for this business, the ways you would protect the businesss interests, etc. In addition to the standard services agreement on ELearn, you may want to look for standard terms on the internet, as a model, but do not just copy and paste into the contract. I will be able to spot that! I will be giving marks for:

(a) logical structure;

(b) the clear, direct language that you write yourselves (not meaningless legalese taken from bad samples on the internetagain, I do not mind if the language is imperfect; it is better if it is tailored to what your business needs); and

(c) relevance to the particular kind of business you are creating
