Control is making something happen the way it was planned to happen. Controlling is defined as monitoring performance, comparing it with goals, and taking corrective action as needed. Controlling is the fourth management function, along with planning, organizing, and leading, and its purpose is plain: to make sure that performance meets objectives. The goal of this activity is to apply your knowledge of organizational control to Threadless, an apparel e$-$commerce website.
