1. Using the recipe above for the chocolate chip cookies,rewrite it again by converting all of the volume amounts into gramamounts using the information found on the nutrition labels for thedifferent ingredients of how much a serving sizeweighs.

1. Conversion Factors:

   1. 1 teaspoon = 4.93 mL

   2. 1 cup = 48 teaspoons

   3. 1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons

   4. 1 cup = 16 tablespoons

Flour	550 ml
baking soda	5 ml
Salt	5 ml
Butter	250 ml	237 grams
Granulated sugar	175 ml
Brown sugar	175 ml
Nuts	250 ml

Ingredients:

• 550 mL unsifted flour

• 5 mL baking soda

• 5 mL salt

• 250 mL butter, softened

• 175 mL granulated sugar

• 175 mL firmly packed brown sugar

• 5 mL vanilla extract

• 2 eggs

• 2 - 168 gram packages semisweet chocolate chips (do notchange)

• 250 mL chopped nuts

• Preheat the oven to 190 ?C.
