DETAILED SCOPE STATEMENT - 2022 PROJECT OBJECTIVE The project aims to make a profit and donates to the social responsibility project. We are an organization company, and we are organizing a concert in this project. We make a profit by organization's tickets and the food sale in the concert area. We are donating to TEV organization by selling ticket and food. We will accept educational costs of 800 students who are educating in high school. It will cost about 3,360,000 According to our first idea, we are waiting for 25.000 spectators. Ticket prices will be 200 TL, we will provide scholarship with 70% of the ticket income. We will make a profit from this organization by food sales. PROJECT DELIVERABLES (HINT: WHAT'S THE PRODUCT OF YOUR PROJECT) Donating to TEV organization by selling tickets & food Providing scholarship with 70% of the ticket's income Couple of hours of entertainment to the audience from the determined bands Food and drink for the audience, provided from various stands (which we also profit from their rents) MAJOR MILESTONES Agreeing with a 25.000-seat concert area - One of the first steps Agreement with vocal artist - 2 months before the concert Making agreements with advertising and equipment sponsors - One of the first steps Corporate Responsibility Project - An agreement will be made with TEV organization at the beginning of the project REQUIREMENTS (TECHNICAL AND/ OR CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS) Suitable and fast website and application site for 25.000 and more people Reaching our audience with our social media channels Enough human resource who work in every part of the concert area Everyone in the organization team have a project management certificate Making the agreements with resources who will sale in concert area Taking the necessary permissions by government, companies Making the agreements with Security, Cleaning and Health Services Completion of Concert Area (for 25.000 people) & Equipment's (Food/ Drinking stands with equipment's, Seating areas, Decoration, Sound & Light systems, Ticket sales area) Acceptance of Stage equipment's for artists and concert area (Instruments (If artist's forget to take), All stage decoration, Backstage, Sound & Light systems) Arranging the transportation with the experienced drivers of the transport company Five stands of the TEV organization at concert area to show the donates and give information Create PR team for Banners/ Advertisements/ Collaborations (In Concert Area, Streets, Public Transportation) LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS (CONSTRAINTS) Transportation of the audiences will not be provided by us. Approximately, at least 17,500 tickets must be sold to provide scholarships with 70% of the ticket's income Personal goods are everyone's own responsibility. We are not responsible for lost personal items. The ticket will not specify a place, the concert order will be standing. Age limit control for alcohol will not be provided by us in the concert area. ASSUMPTIONS Project costs will remain like costs originally budgeted. Scholarships will be carried out internally at no additional costs. (To be covered by tickets) The concert equipment will arrive as planned within the project schedule. Team members will act according to the determined budget and time. Other material and resource costs will remain consistent throughout the project. Over the life cycle, the scope of the project would not change. On average, 25,000 tickets will be sold for this project. The event area will be prepared for adverse weather conditions. Equipment such as raincoats, umbrellas and sunshades will be kept ready.
