Assignment Background: In Chapter 6 (in class and in the textbook) you studied the recruitment process and interview questions. The purpose of this assignment is to put this theory into practice.

Assignment Details

Now that you have created a job description and recruited candidates, you are going to write an interview script that will be used during a selection interview for this position. This will include the introduction, a minimum of 8 questions and the conclusion to the interview. Your reasoning for each question MUST be included (the why this question is being asked, what skill it is trying to uncover).

Create the script for the interviewer. Make sure that you include an appropriate introduction and conclusion.

List eight (8) questions you would ask and the kinds of responses you would be looking for (point form for the answers is fine).

For each question, explain why you are asking it what are you trying to discover about the applicant and how will it help you to determine if the candidate has the skills you have identified as essential? At least some of the questions should relate to the key knowledge, skills and abilities which you identified in your Chapter 4 assignment.
