COURSEWORK #2 Mr. Bondsworth owns Logically Tech, a registered company which specialises in the sale of professional camera equipment. He has procured fifteen (15) full container loads of professional camera equipment scheduled to travel from China to Jamaica on CIF terms. He brings a claim through his marine insurance company. His insurance company orders an investigation to be done. Investigations revealed that the carrier did not ensure that the vessel was fit to hold his containers. It was further revealed that the containers were not properly stowed and lashed due to insufficiency of men and these missteps contributed to his losses.
