❖ Company Strategy: Deliver state-of-the-art solutions to facilitate risk management for financial institutions in the Asia Region

❖ HR Strategy: Stay innovative and provide top notch employee experiences

❖ HR Department: 15 employees based in Hong Kong and 5 employees based outside of Hong Kong with an average year of service at 13.8 years

❖ There are various premise-based HR systems including training, recruitment, performance management, core HRIS and payroll systems implemented more than 15 years ago and the data are not transferrable across these systems.
