Automation Sequence:

a$.$ Bottle Positioning:

HMI triggers PLC to initiate cycle.

Conveyor motor starts, moving bottles.

Presence sensors detect each bottle arrival.

PLC stops conveyor and extends piston to secure bottles.

b$.$ Bottle Filling:

Nozzles lower for filling.

Solenoid valves open, allowing water flow into bottles. Only for detected bottles

Level sensors monitor and signal PLC when target level is reached.

Valves close to stop water flow.

Nozzles retract to standby position.

c$.$ Bottle Movement and Cycle Repeat:

PLC restarts conveyor, pushing filled bottles forward.

Pistons retract once bottles leave their zone.

Cycle repeats for subsequent sets of $7$ bottles
