create a BPMN diagram about a process with which you are familiar. It can be from work, school, or a process with which interact. Your BPMN must be built in Lucid Charts for your final delivery, but it may be easier to start on paper.

For this project, you will:

• In notations: Describe the business process you are documenting and how you are familiar with it.
• Create a BPMN diagram on a process flow of your choice. At a minimum, your BPMN, must include:

1. Four roles/swimlanes
2. 45 total Activities, Events, Gateways, or artifacts, not including flow lines
3. At least two artifacts
4. At least three gateways

• In notations, create at least three recommendations for areas of improvement in the process flow (that can either improve efficiency or effectiveness)

You will be graded on completeness, clarity, critical thought, and appropriate application of the model.
