Include subtotals of the categories, as well as a grand totals, for each month.

Provide color to help illustrate sub$-$categories with the greatest sales.

Sales is a currency, so it should have a $"$$$"$ and in this case, it should NOT have any decimal places $-$ we are not interested in pennies.
