How else will you make money from this project? The money will be made through VAS (Value added services) and marketing on different applications.

How will your customer learn about your business? Through brand promotion activities and marketing activities, awareness about the service will be generated.

How will you encourage referrals?

Friends, family, and colleagues will work as a point of referrals as well as the referrals would be used by affiliate sites. A referral scheme will be used for the referral.

A number of customer: The KPI would be made to achieve the number of subscribers against the timeline of operation and the growth in number of customer will indicate the achievement of one of the KPI.

Annual Income: The second KPI would be to achieve the ARPU (Average Revenue per user) to increase and maintain it at the most profitable level.
