Create a new select query using Query Design View using the Participants and Workshops tables. Include the Nickname field from the Participants table, and the WorkshopName and WorkshopDate fields from the Workshops table and in that order. Run the query, and save it with the name ParticipantList.

Go to create than select query design and click all three queries $($one by one$)$ add them. Than a relationship is already created and then drag each one in order into the bottom box section than run the query than click save it as ParticipantList.
