Create a program in Python that mimics an Online Banking System.

Request input from the user

Ask for a pin (store usernames and pins in a dictionary)

if the correct username and pin are entered, display the menu (use try and except)

the menu should display to the user options such as "withdrawal", "deposit", "balance inquiry", "transfer" and "exit"

every menu option should be a fruitful function and every function should display/return a new balance

the beginning balance should be initialized to Zero.
