Create a python program for Al$-$Kindi$$s frequency analyzer.

Requirements:

$1.$ Assume the language being implemented is American English.

$2.$ Ignore punctuation and spaces. They are not encrypted.

$3.$ Must be able to analyze a provided text and determine the frequency of each letter.

$4.$ User must be able to choose one of several provided ciphertext messages.

$5.$ Print the plaintext version of the message.

$6.$ Print the number of letters the ciphertext was shifted.

Hint: Remember the key to Al$-$Kindi's frequency analyzer is the frequency of commonly$-$used letters in a language working together as a key. Try to make your frequency analyzer use the frequencies of at least three letters in relationship to one another to decipher a message.
