Question: Create an 8 1 / 2 x 1 1 Titleblock Drawing ( xtb . dwg ) and Xref into Drawing SK - 1

Create an 81/2" x 11" Titleblock Drawing (xtb.dwg) and Xref into Drawing SK-1. Xref Asphalt Detail at 1/4"=1'-0" Scale into a Viewport of Drawing SK-1.
Draw the Titleblock Drawing shown above in Model Space and Save it as xtb.dwg. Modify the text in the titleblock to reflect the new SK-1 Drawing (3 pts.)
Open up the Asphalt Detail Drawing and Dimension it correctly for 1/4" Scale using proper Dimension Scale, Text Heights and Multi-Leaders. Do not add the Detail Title or Scale to this drawing at this time. (3 pts.)
Open up a New Drawing and Save it as SK-1.
On the Status Bar, select the + sign to the right of the existing Layout Tab of New Drawing SK-1.(A new Layout Tab will appear.) Right Click this tab and rename to SK-1(1 pt.)
Select the New SK-1 Layout Tab once. (You are now in Paperspace. The white area is your actual paper size. The window is a viewport looking into Modelspace.) Right-Click on the New Layout Tab. Select "Page Setup Manager" then the "Modify" Button.
Select 812''11'' paper size in the Dialogue Box. (For larger paper sizes, you will need to choose a larger format printer or plotter.)
Set Layer 0 as your current layer.
"Attach" the xtb Titleblock Drawing that you created into Paperspace / Layout of New Drawing SK-1. This Command could be found under the "Insert" Tab & Reference Panel in your AutoCAD Riboon. Then go to "Attach". (2pts.)
To get the Titleblock to fill out to the selected paper size, go back to "Page Setup Manager", click on "Modify" then down to "Plot Area" and choose "Window". Select the lower left corner of the outside rectangle of the Titleblock and then the upper right corner. Choose the "Center the Plot" button and also "Portrait". Set your "Scale" at 1"=1 unit. Check the "Preview", Exit, OK and Close. (2pts.)
Make a new layer called "Viewport", choose a color that you wouldn't normally use for that layer and select the NotPlot option. (1 pt.)
In Paperspace, select the existing Viewport and change it to the new "Viewport" layer.
Double-click inside that Viewport (Modelspace) and set a scale to 14''=1-0''. Scales can be different for each Viewport. (DO NOT ZOOM WHILE INSIDE THE VIEWPORT. THIS WILL AFFECT YOUR VIEWPORT SCALE.)(1 pt.)
Double-click in the gray area outside the Titleblock drawing to get back to Paperspace. Crop the Viewport with your Grips so that it fits on your SK-1 Titleblock drawing.
In Paperspace, add the Detail Title (5/32" high) and Scale (3/32" high) below the Asphalt Detail Viewport on a New "Title" Layer. (2 pts.)
Any changes to your Asphalt Detail Drawing or Titleblock Drawing after it is Attached to Drawing SK-1, will need to be done in their original drawings. (xtb.dwg & Asphalt Detail) You will need to reload those xrefs in Drawing SK-1 to see the new changes take effect.
