orders because of remote work, the company is introducing the Healthy Lunch Delivery System

$($HLDS$).$ This service will let employees get healthy meals at a discount, delivered right to their

homes, helping them feel more connected to the workplace. Employees can sign up for this

optional service through the HR platform, where they can also pre$-$order meals using meal

vouchers. This will lead to the creation of a new team to handle order processing and delivery. To

simplify things the HR portal will be updated for easier registration, voucher buying, and meal

ordering. A new application will be developed application to help with the ordering process and a

dedicated section of the call center will be set up to answer any queries about HLDS$.$

$2.$ Problem Space Overview

The introduction of a remote working policy has led to few food orders at the canteen, which

affects the canteen$$s finances and puts employees' jobs at risk. To deal with this the company

plans to start a Healthy Lunch Delivery System $($HLDS$).$ This system will enable staff members to

order healthy meals using the HR portal from the canteen which will be delivered to their homes.

The main aim of the HLDS is to keep employees involved with canteen services and protect staff

jobs by creating a new division to handle order processing and dispatch. A third$-$party service will

handle deliveries, and an upgraded HR platform will allow employees to register, buy meal

vouchers, place orders, and connect with the delivery system, also an app linked to the HR

platform will make ordering easy, and a new call center division will assist with HLDS$-$related

questions.

The key challenges in this problem space include:
