Create an Entity Relationship Diagram $($ERD$)$ to show all your tables, their fields, Primary and Foreign keys and relationships. The ERD should look a lot like your relationship window when in an Access Database.

For relationships indicate if they are $1$ to many, $1$ to $1$ or many to many $($remember you want to avoid many to many$).$

This assignment is worth $25$ points and will be graded based on the following:$$

Identify relationships $(1$:$1,1$:many $-$ please avoid many to many if possible$)$ INFO: I am going to be creating a fitness tracking database. Here is what I have so far for an outline of an ERD, however I am open to suggestions. I am looking for help in creating the actual ERD, not just an outline. Here is my idea so far: Users Table:
