• Interview requirements and guidance:
  • Identify the target audience for the interview: project customers, users, managers, etc.
  • The interview should have ten questions.
  • Make sure that seven are open-ended questions (they cannot be answered with one word or a yes/no.)
  • Three questions should ask range-of-response questions. These will be closed-ended questions that ask the person to evaluate something by providing limited answers to specific responses or on a numeric scale.
