Create, analyse, and develop solutions for a case study based on your current (or past) experience that centres on a problem related to teams or teamwork.

Step 1: Problem statement

Select your real-life example and provide a short summary of your case. Describe the team and their context. Identify the key teams or teamwork issue/s evident in your workplace (past or current).

Step 2: Analysis

Analyse the current state of the team and identify a range of sub-issues by integrating your knowledge of individual differences, diversity, motivation, conflict, and teamwork. Use at least three relevant concepts, models, and theories from "Know Your People" and justify your selection supported by at least six (6) additional academic/scholarly references.

Step 3: Application

Explore possible solutions and develop recommendations, informed by your knowledge of individual differences, diversity, motivation, conflict, and teamwork, to help address the issue/s and promote team success. Develop two to three practical recommendations for dealing with these problems.
