Technology plays a vital role in our world today whether this is personally, academically, or professionally. Is the Internet improving all lives equally? Who is benefiting from the Internet and are we closing the gap between people of different socio-economic backgrounds or widening it with the Internet? Who should be responsible for making sure the Internet continually closes this gap and what can physically be done to do so?
