Commencement of combined usage of the 300 cabins for holiday accommodation and rental purposes and the operation of the water adventure park. Annual utilisation capacity of the cabins is forecast to be 80%, on average, during this period. December 31st 2063 The indicated 40-year useful operating life of the accommodation facility, water adventure park equipment and facilities and related infrastructure is reached and operation of the accommodation and water adventure park facilities ends. December 31st 2064 Completion of dismantling of the accommodation cabins, water adventure park equipment and facilities and associated infrastructure and restoration of the land site.
