External factors influence the probability of business failures among SMEs, especially in terms of issues related to logistics and supply chain operations. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected many businesses and has significantly required business owners to rethink their business strategies. The main problems that Yummy Burger Food Truck is facing now are the difficulties and inaccuracies in forecasting inventory due to the inconsistencies of demand. They are also facing inventory shortages due to late deliveries from the suppliers. Sometimes, the supplies ordered are out of stock at the suppliers facility. Hence, these inventory-related issues have seriously affected their ability to fulfill orders from their customers.
