Assignment: We are creating a temperature conversion program to convert degrees Fahrenheit to Celcius. Write a function getDegrees that asks the user to input a temperature and should return the user's input as a double$-$precision number.

Note: You only need to write the function definition according to the type specifications. Assume all the header files for the required libraries have been included.
