Deliverable:

You will save your $4$ deliverables$/$reports as PDF files as follows:

$$ Did you know that you can easily save your document as a PDF file by using the print option and printing the document to ADOBE PDF$?$ Here$$s how! In MS project, you will select File$/$Print$/$Change your Printer to ADOBE PDF$.$ If you wish to change the size of your document, you can select Page Setup and adjust it to X number of pages wide by X number of pages tall or you can adjust he $\%.$ Once you select print, you will then be asked to provide a file name and you can specify the location to save your file.

$$ Another way to save your document as a PDF file is to select File$/$Save As$/$Change your file type to PDF$.$ This option does not offer the ease of adjusting the size of your document, So$,$ if you need to adjust your document size to print on one page or to print on x number of pages, then you should use the Print Option noted above.

Note that you will attach all $4$ of your files to the Bb submission link! Note that there are more specific details noted below for each deliverable$/$report in terms of # of pages and file names.

$$ Gantt Chart

o Produce this with the formatting described in step $8$ of the $$Tips$$ document. From Print Preview, use Page Setup to fit the report to $3$ pages wide by $1$ page tall. Be sure you show ALL the columns that I show in my sample output! $($File name $=$ MSP$1\_$Your First Name and Last Name$\_$GANTT CHART$)$

o Use the View tab to request Calendar View. o Use the View tab to request Network Diagram. Use your Microsoft intuition $($or online help$)$ to have your diagram print on $5$ pages or less. $($File name $=$ MSP$1\_$Your First Name and Last Name$\_$NETWORK DIAGRAM$)$

Sample output is posted to BB$.$ To receive full credit on this homework, make your output look as good or better than the sample output I$$ve provided $($e$.$g$.,$ produce labeling as I do on the Gantt chart$).$

Plan to spend time playing around with MS Project, trying different things, looking at different views and reports. In other words, do not start this the day before it is due!
