Design a computer network within the Faculty of Science and Technology to sup$-$ port blended teaching for both online and on$-$campus lab sessions. There are cur$-$ rently $40$ labs in total, including $20$ labs in Ritterman building, $10$ labs in College building and $10$ labs in Hatchcroft building. Each room in Ritterman building has $40$ terminals, while the rooms in College and Hatchcroft buildings are smaller with a capacity of $25$ terminals$/$room$.$

Due to the increased number of students, the Faculty is planning to extend with $10$ more labs: six in Ritterman building and four in College building.

The new labs need to have a network infrastructure internetworked between them and also with the old labs in the same building. All labs should be isolated from the university$’$s corporate network and it is essential to have a controlled connection to the corporate network and the Internet across all rooms.
