Design a program using PLC counter(s) to meet the following requirements. Include a) sketch, b) 1/0 drawing, and c) program (rsl file). When START is pressed, FILLPMP will be energized and a tank will start to fill. Pulses are generated by FMI. When the 300 FM1pulses are generated, FILLPMP is shut off and the FULL light is energized. The filling operation is to halt immediately if the STOP button is pressed. A MIXER will run for 10 seconds once the tank is full When the mixing is complete, DRAINPMP will drain the tank. FM3 will generate 300 pulses as the tank is emptied and reset the circuit so that pressing START will cause the sequence to repeat. START is NO and STOP is NC. Use the lables shown in capital letters for identification. Program in simulation software and include rsl file, sketch, and I/O diagram with upload
