Required Actions: Your assignment is as follows:

Task $1-$ Using historical information, estimate the total costs to complete the project.

Task $2-$ Using percentages $($cost apportioned$),$ estimate the percentage needed to complete the project for each WBS level two code $(1\mathrm{.}1,1\mathrm{.}2,1\mathrm{.}3,$ and $1\mathrm{.}4).$ Each of these boxes will have a percentage. When the level two codes are totaled, the total percentage should be $100\%.$ You are forecasting a percentage portion of the estimated budget each level two code will cost.

Task $3-$ Using the starting WBS information, complete the WBS by identifying the high$-$level deliverables to complete the project.
