The QBHS met with the client to discuss the week and how the summer is going, and to determine if he could identify the approaches suggested by QBHS for addressing issues of anger and property destruction when emotionally dysregulated. The client reported deep breathing, walking away from triggers, and counting. The QBHS role was played with the client to ensure that the client could fully grasp the concept of the three aforementioned coping skills. The client confirmed with a non-verbal head nod. The client reported that he is attending an arts camp, and this was the first week he completed, during which he enjoyed himself. The client reported he had made some new friends and is doing well mentally, physically, and emotionally overall. The client concurred with his well-being.
