This VSM will be for an assembly like cafeteria line for breakfast meal. There typically two hot line servers, and one salad bar server. The company's goal is to serve about 9 customers per minute through the entire process. There could be more customers served without the lost of value. I believe there is a lack of training and or short-staffed. Please help me show this through the VSM. Below is what I came up with so far.
