• A brief description of your project in the form of a project charter statement.
  • Brief summaries of each major project process based on your reading of Chapter 1 of your textbook, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide), 6/e.
  • All processes may not apply to your project; however, each of the process groups should be represented.
  • Minute detail is not required; this presentation should present an overview.
• Be sure to include how you will determine the initial status of the project or product, how you will execute and monitor your decisions, and how the final product or project might be assessed.
