The CHRO has heard many complaints from restaurant staff as well as the management team. The leadership was excited about the restaurants concept and launch of the visionmission however, staff feel like they are not aligned internally based on the culture of the restaurant. The staff find the restaurant not to have the same sparkcreativity that they used to when they first opened up and now find the conceptculture to be boring, repetitive and unauthentic.
The CHRO has hired you to help her. Along with the major issues above, there is a lot of work ahead to rebuild the talent management strategy to change the culture and invest in employees. As of right now, most decisions are made by the CEOs who are also the founders Raveena and her husband. They are so focused on the reputation of the restaurant externally, that they havent spent much time focusing on some of the internal challenges.
