Develop a narrative timeline in which you discuss five formative leadership experiences that have had an impact on your life. Consider your own experience as an ethical leader and experiences with other leadersboth challenging and positive experiences.

For each experience, describe the organizational culture and/or cultural norms of the company, organization, or group with which you were working. Compare and contrast the values and ethical frameworks that were important to each entity. How did the organizational culture and cultural norms impact leadership?

Review the resources on integrity and ethics and use the sixEthics Centre questions to analyze each of the experiences. How do one or more of the questions relate to the experience? What core values do you notice reoccurring in your timeline? Which ethical framework do you see most often relating to your experiences?
