Develop a paper, formatted in APA style, and citing at least FOUR good academic sources that addresses each of the technologies introduced in part one of the course project. For each technology, reflect on your own experiences, research, and the information you have learned so far in the course, through readings, discussions, assignments, and use that "knowledge" to identify ways that EACH of the technologies could be better utilized by the business.

Current Technologies:

buying and selling websites.

virtual reality, AI, ML.

integration of property value estimations.

artificial intelligence algorithms.

IoT and smart home services.

real estate CRM software.

blockchain and Big Data.

Internet of Things.

Remember, technology is one way to achieve a competitive advantage in a business. Two similar businesses can have the same technology, but it is the way it is used that will create the advantage. Keep this in mind as you provide your recommendations. As an example, a restaurant may be using a Website to advertise their dinner specials; a valid recommendation might be that they create a small database using their existing software programs and begin taking dinner reservations through that Website; improvements are made, yet there is no need to added investment in new technologies (that's the focus of part three).

Every technology can be better utilized, if you cannot recommend a better use, then consider things like better training, documentation, improved policies, or oversight. You must not leave any technology unaddressed or say there is no better use. What you are doing here is demonstrating one of the key skills to be developed in this class. A business professional that can look at the current technology and recommend ways to better use what is already there without purchasing anything new is a huge asset to their organization. This is a very inexpensive way to increase efficiency and competitive advantage almost immediately.

Be careful not to suggest NEW technologies here as that will be the focus of the final part of the project. Limit the discussion only to ways the current technology could be used better to create an advantage. If there are technologies you overlooked in part one, feel free to add them here and then go back and add them to part one of the paper prior to the Unit 7 peer review of the first full draft of the paper, which will include all three sections (project assignments).

Utilize the college library and reliable Web sites; do NOT utilize wikis (like Wikipedia) or other sites where information accuracy is not verified.
